亚洲最大地下再生水厂在京落成 地上为湿地公园   亚洲规模最大的地下再生水厂在京落成,地上涵养的湿地公园,有望明年向公众开放。图为展示模型,上层为湿地公园,地下为水厂。 曾鼐 摄   亚洲规模最大的地下再生水厂在京落成,地上涵养的湿地公园,有望明年向公众开放。图为湿地公园。 曾鼐 摄   中新网北京10月27日电 (记者 曾鼐)地上50多种植被覆盖,建成湿地公园;地下机器隆隆,再生水汩汩流出……亚洲规模最大的地下再生水厂在京落成,上面的湿地公园有望明年向公众开放。   10月27日,地处南四环外的地下深处,总建筑面积45万平方米、日处理能力60万立方米的北京排水集团槐房再生水厂,正式通水运行。   这标志着由北京排水集团承担的《北京市加快污水处理和再生水利用设施建设三年行动方案》(简称“污水治理三年行动方案”)工程项目全面完成,中心城区污水处理能力由267万立方米 日提升至417万立方米 日。   “污水治理三年行动方案”,是2013年北京市政府制定的,包括再生水厂、配套管线、污泥无害化处理设施和临时治污工程四大类,共计83项建设任务。   地下水厂、地上公园   27日,记者探访了这座新落成的再生水厂。它的构筑物全部建设在地下,地面看不出丝毫水厂的痕迹,一片绿树成荫、小桥流水,这就是由再生水等涵养而成的湿地公园,占地约有18公顷。   这片湿地,将与槐新公园连成距离天安门最近的南城湿地景观,湿地公园最快将于明年向市民开放。   隐藏在公园下面的“再生水厂”,是目前亚洲规模最大、技术领先的全地下再生水厂。与传统的地上再生水厂相比,这座水厂相当于节约了240亩的土地资源。   “是秉承生态再生水厂的理念。”据北京市水务局总工程师段伟介绍,过去的一些水厂最大的问题之一,就是有臭味,但如今这样封闭式的水厂,消除了异味,地上再建设公园,可提升周边的绿化环境。   再生水厂的建设,为北京大量使用再生水创造了条件。段伟表示,今明两年将大幅提高再生水的利用,目前全市几乎所有热电厂均为再生水,再生水回收率达到90%,并提倡公园绿化、冲洗马路等都使用再生水。   为何要建再生水厂?“有助于资源循环利用。”据工作人员介绍,除了污水再生利用,污泥经过无害化处理能进一步生产为资源化产品,可应用于林地抚育、土壤改良、苗圃种植等。水厂在运行中,还可利用污泥消化产生的沼气等,提供热能和电能。   高科技,近年来引领着污水处理的革新   据记者了解,在新建再生水设施及现状设施提标改造中,采用了北京排水集团自主研发制造的精确曝气、膜生物反应器等装备,其中“北排膜”为北京排水集团以自身技术装备为基础,引进新加坡联合环境公司的专利技术、共同研制研发。而槐房再生水厂、升级改造后的高碑店、小红门等水厂,则采用先进的MBR膜处理工艺,确保出水水质标准。   75座泵站升级改造 可应对10年一遇强降雨   近年来,北京增强了城市排水和污水处理设施能力。   据北京城市排水集团总经理郑江介绍,实施了城区75座泵站升级改造,增强了雨水收集、抽升、调蓄和退水能力,改造后的排水设施可应对10年一遇强度降雨。   具体而言,通过新建雨水管线、增大管线管径以及增加雨水箅子等,强化了雨水收集能力,并改造提高泵站抽升能力,抽升能力由升级改造前的38万立方米 小时提升至72万立方米 小时。目前已建成55个调蓄设施,蓄水能力达19万立方米。建设的调蓄池,既实现削峰、缓解内涝功能,又可积蓄雨水,推进雨水资源化利用。   随着防汛设施能力的大幅提升,在2016年防汛中发挥了重要作用,解决了莲花桥、左安门、五路居、西南三环铁路桥等一批逢雨必涝的老积水点问题。   据介绍,在应对“7.20”特大暴雨后,通过数据分析,对同等级降雨条件下的泵站升级改造前后情况进行了对比,经过泵站升级改造,使30余座下凹桥区避免了积水断路情况发生。特别是新建的夕照寺排涝泵站在今年“7.20”东护城河几近满溢情况下带压强排,发挥了区域性排涝作用。   据悉,在完成本市“第一个三年行动方案”项目建设的基础上,北京正在加快实施“第二个三年行动方案”项目建设。   段伟表示,下一步将重点对城乡结合部直排、农村污水治理、民俗旅游村等进行治理;并将在污水处理设施上安装监测系统,实时查看设备的运行情况。相关的主题文章:
